May 12: Slade House by David Mitchell
David Mitchell wrote the modern classic Cloud Atlas, a transcendent, epic novel about intertwined histories. His latest novel, Slade House, is second read in our book club this month.
This novel also travels through time, 9 years at a time, when a seemingly random person is invited to stay at the Slade House by a creepy brother and sister. Not just horror, but multiple genres are explored in this story.
This was from @wytwavedarling’s list of haunted / bad house books, House Calls.
